The ARCO – with a semicircular cassette – and CANTO – with a square cassette – window awnings were developed as flexible modular systems that are available in a wide range of sizes. They are enabling an efficient sun protection for almost all windows. In the SF variant, the awning comes with guide rails, which can be mounted directly on the window or, with spacers, on the facade. To create a unified look, the drop profile comes matching to either ARCO or CANTO, with a round or square drop profile. To cover the drill holes and ensure an attractive appearance, the guide rails are rounded off with clip-profiles.

 Details

The ARCO SF and CANTO SF are available as a single system with the following maximum widths:

100 SF – maximum 400 cm

120 SF – maximum 500 cm

150 SF – maximum 600 cm

 

LEINER LOUNGE awnings coloursThe possible widths and maximum heights depend on the chosen awning fabric, as the properties of the various materials result in different maximum dimensions.

 

The ARCO SF and CANTO SF can also be supplied as a multi-field awning with a maximum width of 600 cm in an awning cassette. Multiple fields of differing widths and heights can be integrated as desired.

 

In the standard version an electric motor is included.

 

A radio-controlled motor is available as an optional extra, allowing the awning to be extended and retracted conveniently by remote control. The awning can also be supplied with a crank drive on request.

 

The ARCO SF and CANTO SF come in the standard colours traffic white (RAL 9016) or white aluminium (RAL 9006), or alternatively in one of the 18 LEINER LOUNGE fine structured finishes at an additional charge. We can also supply them in any preferred RAL colour for an additional charge – ask your specialist partner for advice.

For an additional charge you can get an awning fabric with a transparent PVC window – and there is a wide range of window versions to choose from.

 

Important user information for awnings with PVC windows: Please note, due to the different material properties it is inevitable that fabrics with PVC windows will form creases. If the PVC window material is used at temperatures around the freezing point, it will become harder, thereby changing the winding behaviour. We therefore recommend not to use the awning, at temperatures of 0° or below.

    xThe LEINER LOUNGE COLOURS are used for the awning components and are characterised by a very finely structured surface and special metallic effect. The particularly high-grade powder coating is available in a total of 18 colours and is also extremely robust.
  • SMART HOME

    A household in which appliances communicate with each other and centrally controlled. Motorised sun shading systems can be integrated into a smart home. They are controlled via mobile devices or PC.

  • Radio-controlled motor
    x

    The radio-controlled motor is an electric drive with integrated radio receiver. The drive can be operated easily via remote control. Since a regular connected switch is unneccessary, low mounting costs are just one of the advantages.

  • Sun and wind sensor
    x

    If an awning is used to protect a room from overheating or glances, a sun sensor might be helpful. The sensor extends and retracts an electrically operated awning dependend on the sunshine. Sun sensors can be accompanied by wind monitors. (see also the lexikon entry for wind sensor)

  • io radio
    xThe bidirectional radio protocol is a reliable and secure technology with a data feedback function. This allows users to check the status of the sending device at any time and from anywhere. The operation is designed for mobile remote control via smartphone. The io radio technology is the basis for a smart home and can be expanded and retrofitted at any time.
