The CAPRI VARIO-VOLANT folding arm awning – the entry model
With many variants, the CAPRI with VARIO-VOLANT valance offers a convincing combination of quality and durability. The resilient folding arm system keeps the awning's fabric taut, while the extremely sturdy tilt joint bracket ensures long-lasting functionality. This is a unique feature in this price range.
With the addition of a VARIO-VOLANT valance, the CAPRI both ensures privacy and provides customised shade that can be ideally adjusted to the course of the sun – a must for west-facing balconies or terraces at sunset. In the standard version the fabric of the VARIO-VOLANT valance is operated manually using a crank gear. Thanks to our wide range of fabrics, there are a lot of combination possibilities.
If the folding arm awning is to be mounted in an unprotected location, the awning fabric will be exposed to wind and weather. The patented adjustable hood profile, optionally available, can be adapted to the awning inclination.
Particularly heavily loaded awning components, such as arm brackets or folding arms, are made from hardened aluminium. Our special manufacturing process not only makes the awning components more resistant, but also enhances the safety and long life of our awnings.
