The UG 200 underglass awning – protection from the sun for your terrace roof and large glazed areas
The ideal place to install the UG 200 awning is under a glass terrace roof. There are many different ways of fixing the filigree guide rails optimally to the particular roof structure. A torsion spring keeps the awning fabric under even tension while it is being extended and retracted. In the extended state, the rectangular front profile ends flush with the side guide rails, preventing any slits of light in the front area.
The UG 200 cannot only be mounted under a glass roof. The UG 200 can also be mounted vertically to shade large glazed areas. The UG 200 can even be mounted headlong. So the fabric can be extended vertically upwards. The UG 200 is made to measure and offers a huge range of options.
The UG 200 is available as a single system in a maximum width of 600 cm and a maximum projection of 450 cm, as a coupled system in a maximum width of 1,000 cm and a maximum projection of 450 cm. In the standard version an electric motor is included. The UG 200 can also be supplied with a crank drive on request.
The UG 200 comes in the standard colours traffic white (RAL 9016), LEINER LOUNGE dark grey, LEINER-LOUNGE grey or LEINER LOUNGE anthracite or, alternatively, in one of the other 15 LEINER LOUNGE fine textured finishes. We can also supply them in any preferred RAL colour for an additional charge.
Drive
A radio-controlled motor is available instead of an electric motor in the standard version. Thanks to Somfy io wireless technology, extending and retracting does not only work via remote control. Your smartphone can also be used for control. The io wireless system allows your UG 200 to be integrated into your smart home.
LED light profile
For a particularly atmospheric evening on the terrace, we recommend the LED light profile. It is attached underneath the elegant cassette and can also be retrofitted. The warm white LED modules can be dimmed steplessly by remote control.
