The FINO + CENTO cassette awning – for every taste a perfect awning

Choose your cassette awning to suit your taste: The FINO with the rounded front profile is our most popular model and the LEINER top seller. The CENTO with the elegant angular profile fits perfectly with modern architectural styles and also offers all the advantages of the FINO.

 

The custom made awnings FINO and CENTO have an attractively compact structure, allowing it to be integrated easily into any balcony or terrace setting. As well the FINO as the CENTO have an elegant and timeless design – and the side bearings are not only very robust and resilient, they are also convincing with a shapely look. The extremely robust arm system keeps the awning fabric taut thanks to its special geometry.

 

Particularly heavily loaded awning components, such as side bearings, are made from hardened aluminium. Our special manufacturing process not only makes the awning components more resistant, but also enhances the safety and long life of our awnings. The LED light profile can be ordered with your awning and also retrofitted at any time. This allows you to enjoy the hours under the awning even more.

LEINER LOUNGE awnings coloursThe FINO and CENTO are available in a maximum width of 600 cm and a maximum projection of 300 cm or a maximum width of 650 cm and a maximum projection of 250 cm. Up to a width of 500 cm the FINO and the CENTO can be delivered with a projection of 350 cm. In the standard version the awning comes with an electric motor. Unfortunately, it is not possible to supply coupled systems.

 

FINO and CENTO are available in the standard color white (RAL 9010); alternatively in one of the 18 LEINER-LOUNGE fine structure colors. For an additional charge, we can also realize any desired RAL color - ask your specialist partner for advice.

The LED light profile allows you to enjoy the hours under the awning even more. The LED light profile can be ordered with your awning and also retrofitted at any time.

 

FINO awning with wind protect systemWind Protect System

The Wind Protect System WPS is an innovation of LEINER and was originally developed for the more stringent requirements of awnings for cafés and restaurants. The Wind Protect System WPS is now also available for the FINO and CENTO: fixable supports on the front profile significantly enhance the wind stability of your awning. Depending on the size of the awning, the WPS offers protection from winds up to wind strength 8 – even sudden gusts. Fino awning driven via radio controlDrive

A radio-controlled motor is available instead of an electric motor in the standard version. Thanks to Somfy io wireless technology, extending and retracting does not only work via remote control. Your smartphone can also be used for control. The io wireless system allows your awning to be integrated into your smart home. On request, the FINO and the CENTO can also be operated manually with a crank (lower price).

The SAFETY MOTION emergency manual drive is the last-resort concept for your awning – if the radio-controlled motor does not work, the FINO resp. CENTO can be closed manually by crank with the emergency manual drive.

FINO awning's wind sensor3D sensor

The radio-controlled motor drive variant can also be supplemented with a 3D sensor. Attached to the front profile, the sensor responds to the intensity of the movement of the awning, retracting it automatically if the wind gets too strong. Please note, however, that an electronic control will not protect your awning from sudden strong gusts of wind.

 

FINO awning's fully automated control systemControl

Fully automated controls complement the electric drive and offer additional comfort and safety as sun and wind monitors, automatically extending or retracting your awning according to the sunlight or wind strength, even when you are not at home. Please note, however, that an electronic control will not protect your awning from sudden strong gusts of wind. An alternative is the manual Wind Protect System WPS. This optional extra variant stabilises your awning and also absorbs the sudden loads produced by gusts.

Heaters for awnings in LEINER LOUNGE coloursHeater

A heater allows you to sit out longer on those balmy summer evenings and enjoy the pleasant warmth under your awning. The heaters are also available in one of our 18 LEINER LOUNGE colours to match the awning. You also have the option of operating it wirelessly and integrating it into your smart home.

 

FINO awning with combined side awningCALYPSO ROLL side awning

The CALYPSO ROLL side awning protects against both sunlight from the side and inquisitive glances – making it the perfect complement to the FINO resp. CENTO for your terrace or balcony. The side awning protects also against light wind.

What is...?

  • Hardened aluminium
    x

    This is a special aluminium alloy that is given additional hardness through a subsequent thermal process. The material guarantees long life and resistance and meets the highest safety requirements. The special LEINER manufacturing process doubles the resistance and results in a durable strength of up to 350 N/mm². Thanks to the hardened aluminium, even awnings with a projection of 4 metres and on the other hand heavier profiles with an additional VARIO-VOLANT valance can be realized.

  • LEINER LOUNGE COLOURS
    xThe LEINER LOUNGE COLOURS are used for the awning components and are characterised by a very finely structured surface and special metallic effect. The particularly high-grade powder coating is available in a total of 18 colours and is also extremely robust.
  • Emergency crank handle motors (SAFETY MOTION)

    The SAFETY MOTION emergency manual drive is the contingency plan for your awning. If the radio-controlled motor does not work, the awning can be closed manually by crank with the emergency manual drive.

  • Water pockets
    x

    If an awning is used in the rain, water pockets will be formed. If the awning is not inclined at a sufficient angle, the fabric will sag under the water, because it is unable to flow off. Depending on the amount of water, this can result in damage to the awning. Awnings usually need an angle of inclination of at least 15 degrees, although the patented SUNRAIN awnings from LEINER need only 5 degrees for controlled water run-off.
